CS Meeting with DC Chairmen and Vice-chairmen (19.11.2009)

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, the Director of Home Affairs, Mrs Pamela Tan and the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong, met the District Council (DC) Chairmen and Vice-chairmen on 19 November 2009 to introduce the “Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2012”.

During the meeting, Mr Tang introduced the consultation document and listened to the views of the DC Chairmen and Vice-chairmen on the two electoral methods in 2012.

District Council Chairmen and Vice-chairmen actively exchange views with the Chief Secretary, Mr Henry Tang, and the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam.
