2011 Village Representative Election (2.1.2011)
The 2011 Village Representative Election was held on four consecutive Sundays from January 2 to January 23. The Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Raymond Young (second left), visits the polling station at Tai Hang Public School, Tai Hang Village, Tai Po. Opening ceremony of Exhibition of the Winning Entries of the Hong Kong Youth Cultural and Arts Competitions (27.9.2011)
The Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Raymond Young, officiated at the opening ceremony of the Exhibition of the
Winning Entries of the 36th Hong Kong Youth Cultural and Arts Competitions. The exhibition was held from September 27 to
September 29 at the Hong Kong Central Library's Exhibition Gallery. Sponsored by the Home Affairs Department, the 36th Hong
Kong Youth Cultural and Arts Competitions had 19 categories of competitions this year including photography, painting,
Chinese essay-writing, Chinese story-writing, Chinese calligraphy, slogan and poster design, couplets and Chinese poetry-writing. The exhibition had 300 winning entries on display. The photo shows Mr Young (second right) touring the exhibition.
