Inspection of Proposed Boundary Maps of the Existing Villages and Market Towns for Resident Representative and Kaifong Representative Elections

It is hereby notified that the captioned boundary maps are available for public inspection during the ordinary business hours (Monday to Friday: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., except general holidays) from 19 March 2026 (Thursday) to 17 April 2026 (Friday), both dates inclusive.

Members of the public may submit written comments on the proposed boundary maps to the relevant District Office in person, by fax, by post or by email by 6:00 p.m. on 17 April, 2026. For written comments submitted by post, the postmark date will be taken as the submission date. Late submissions will NOT be considered.
