LED Flower Sea at The Steps of East Kowloon Cultural Centre (EKCC)

Kwun Tong District National Security Carnival 2024 – To promote the importance of national security and enjoy fun with the public through a flag-raising ceremony, Chinese-style foot drill performances by uniformed groups, a national security exhibition, booth games and stage performances.
