Care Teams Fraud Prevention Measures
The Home Affairs Department has implemented a series of measures to prevent impersonation of the District Services and Community Care Teams (Care Teams) for fraudulent purposes.
- Care Team uniform and Care Team Member Certificate of Identity/ Care Team Volunteer Certificate of Identity
Care Team members and volunteers will wear Care Team uniform and display Care Team Member or Volunteer Certificate of Identity for identification when performing caring services (including home visits). - Verifying the identity of Care Team members and volunteers by calling 182 111
