During a power outage on the upper floors of Cheung Bor House and Ngan Ho House in Choi Wan Estate, the Choi Wan South Care Team walked up the stairs to check on residents’ needs and provide them with emergency support.

South Horizons East and South Horizons West Care Teams Safeguarding Students’ Routes’ to School (Southern)

In the wake of Super Typhoon Ragasa, the South Horizons East and the South Horizons West Care Teams guided students, teachers and parents along a safer detour to school, avoiding areas with fallen trees.
