During Chinese New Year holiday (February 2 to 3), the Eastern District Office together with the Community Emergency Aid Team, Eastern District Fire Safety Committee, Eastern District Fight Crime Committee and some youth organisations, seized every minute and second to pack the COVID-19 rapid test kits to achieve early distribution and identification of infected persons.
